Return & Exchange Policy

• Custom Orders: All custom or personalized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Standard Items: All other items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition of Returns: Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items not meeting these requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
